Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident buying from us. Here's exactly when you can get a refund and how to request one.

  • Fewer than 2 chapters accessed
  • Technical fault on our end
  • Charged twice in error

  • More than 2 chapters accessed
  • After 7 days (change of mind)
  • "I didn't use it" after the window
  • "Results weren't what I expected"

Our standard refund window

We offer a 7-day refund for digital course purchases, provided you haven't accessed more than 2 chapters of the course.

We track chapter access automatically through our portal. If you've only watched the intro and one chapter, you're well within the threshold. If you've worked through most of the course and then decide it's not for you, we're not in a position to offer a refund at that point.

To request a refund within this window, email hello@yourmatesinai.com with your order details. We'll check your access history and process the refund promptly if you qualify.

Technical faults

If something on our end prevents you from accessing course content you've paid for — a broken login, missing content, or a platform error we can't resolve quickly — you're entitled to a full refund regardless of how much content you've accessed or how long ago you purchased.

Technical fault on our end = full refund, no questions asked. Email us at hello@yourmatesinai.com and we'll sort it out within 5 business days.

Change of mind after accessing content

Once you've accessed more than 2 chapters of the course, we don't offer refunds for a change of mind. This is standard practice for digital products — the content has been delivered and accessed.

If you're unsure whether the course is right for you before buying, we have a free guide available, and you're welcome to email us with questions before purchasing. We'd rather you make the right call upfront than both of us go through a refund process.

How to request a refund

Email hello@yourmatesinai.com with:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used to purchase
  • Your order/receipt number (in your confirmation email from Stripe)
  • A brief description of why you're requesting the refund

We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days. If your refund is approved, it'll be processed to your original payment method via Stripe within 5 business days. Processing times on your bank's end may vary.

Billing errors

If you've been charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or there's any other billing error, we'll fix it immediately and refund the difference. Just email us with your order details.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees apply to digital products and services, and you may have rights beyond what's described here. For more information, visit accc.gov.au.

Under the ACL, digital products must be fit for purpose, of acceptable quality, and match their description. If our course fails to meet these standards, you have rights to a refund or remedy regardless of our standard policy window.
