These terms apply to anyone who purchases a course from AI Besties (yourmatesinai.com), operated by Jackson Potter and Abbie Fowler ("we", "us", "our"). By completing a purchase, you're confirming you've read and agreed to these terms.

You're purchasing access to a digital course — not a physical product. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the course content for your own personal or business purposes.
Course content is delivered entirely online through our portal at yourmatesinai.com. There's nothing to download or install (though we may provide downloadable templates or cheat sheets as part of the course).
Access is provided immediately after your payment is confirmed by Stripe.
We use email OTP (one-time passcode) authentication — no passwords. When you want to log in, we send a code to your email address and you enter it to access your course.
Your account is tied to the email address you used at purchase. If you change email addresses, contact us and we'll update your account.
One person per purchase. Course access is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login, allow others to access your account, or use a single purchase to train multiple people. If your business needs training for a team, contact us — we can discuss group licensing.
We update course content regularly to reflect changes in AI tools, new features, and better ways of teaching the material. This is a good thing — it means what you're learning stays current.
We reserve the right to add, update, revise, or reorganise course content at any time. We won't remove core content that you've already paid for without notice, but the way it's structured and the specific tools covered may evolve over time.
Major updates or entirely new chapters may be added to existing courses at no extra cost.
You're free to use everything you learn in the course to build and run your own business. That's the whole point.
What you can't do:
We're not trying to be restrictive about you using AI in your business. We're protecting the significant time and money we've invested in building this course. If you're unsure whether something is okay, just ask.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Your purchase is complete once Stripe confirms payment and you receive a confirmation email.
Course access is granted on a one-time purchase basis — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges unless you're told otherwise at the point of sale.
We aim to keep the course platform available at all times, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control may occasionally cause downtime. We'll do our best to minimise disruption and communicate any planned outages.
If a technical fault on our end prevents you from accessing content you've paid for, we'll fix it promptly — and if we can't, we'll sort out a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
Our courses teach you how to use AI tools effectively. Results vary depending on how you apply what you learn, your industry, and your specific circumstances. We can't guarantee specific business outcomes.
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course. We're not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from your use of our course content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that apply to digital products.
All course content — including videos, text, templates, frameworks, and our course methodology — is owned by AI Besties. Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use it, not ownership of it. See our Copyright Policy for the full picture.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new date. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know by email. Continuing to use the course after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under Queensland jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
